Welding brought us together. Now we're building something of our own.
We're Daaron Williams and Leah Weed, an engaged couple who met in welding school. What began as a shared passion for working with steel became a relationship, a future together, and the inspiration behind P&B Steel Syndicate.
This company is more than a business idea. It's our way of staying connected to the trade that brought us together and putting years of hands-on experience to work for our customers.
Daaron is a retired U.S. Marine who spent 10 years as a diesel mechanic before deciding to take his career in a new direction. For the past three years, he has worked in welding, building on his mechanical background and passion for craftsmanship.
He's currently attending school for HVAC while helping launch P&B Steel Syndicate and serving as our lead welder.
Leah has spent 12 years in the welding and fabrication industry, including hands-on welding and fitting work on projects for Ford and Google through her previous employers.
Today, she works full-time as a Production Coordinator, bringing experience in manufacturing coordination, project tracking, and day-to-day operations to the business.
Even as our careers evolve, our passion for welding hasn't changed. We're starting small, focused on honest communication, safe work, quality craftsmanship, and treating customers right — one project at a time.
We're not just building with steel. We're building our future together.
Two Outlaws. One Arc.
